Went on Friday afternoon with family. Waitress Jamila was great and very attentive. Kept drinks flowing and made sure to check on us throughout the meal. Food was great. Great flavor and seasoned perfectly. It was before the dinner rush so the place was quiet. Chocolate cake was very good. Would return.

Came here about 10 pm on a Saturday night. I was seated immediately. Waiter was attentive food and drink orders the drinks were weak which is to be expected. My food wasn't the best either. I had the shrimp linguini, shrimp scampi and broccoli. The shrimps in the linguini tasted a bit freezer burnt and the scampi was kinda dried out and it was not hot. Didnt make any complaints just ate the food because it was late. If I return to this location I would definitely speak up if my order came out the way it previously did.

Saddened by the news that Red Lobster filed for bankruptcy and closed down a ton of locations , I was relieved to see the Cross County location was still open. I went with my grandson and his girl friend. We all ordered Snow Crab. Two of us ordered Roasted Garlic Snow Crabs with French fries and one was plain steamed. Mahalia was our very attentive waitress who brought our drink orders and filled our water glasses. She also brought out a basket of biscuits that are always a hit. Before our crabs were ready she brought out utensils to help crack open the crabs, bibs and plastic gloves. I did not use the gloves but enjoyed getting my hands messed up with garlic sauce. I thoroughly enjoyed my garlic covered crabs. After that wonderful dinner I headed for the restroom to wash my hands with soap and water. Mahalia had brought our table packets of hand wipes . It would have taken a few days to get my hands rid of garlic sauce. Mahalia was extremely pleasant and asked us if we wanted dessert. We were all satisfied with dinner. I hope this Cross County location will survive. Sal E New Rochelle

It's the end of an era. Decided to have lunch at Red Lobster, since it will be permanently closing all their restaurants soon. For lunch time, it was pretty empty. No wait time, got seated right away, once we entered through the door. That never happened before during lunch time, in the years I've eaten here. I usually order the Seafood Stuffed Mushrooms, but decided on the Lobster Dip, and Mozzarella Sticks, I wasn't impressed with the dip. Others with me, ordered the Steak & Lobster, told the entire meal tasted delicious. We were very much enjoying the food and each other company, we forgot to take pics. Overall, good experience, service was great, meal came with no delay. Sad to see Red Lobster will no longer exist. Great times and memories there.

Came for their Tuesday $24 pound of crab legs special and boyyyy did it hit the spot! Best deal one could get for some crab legs! Got a good like 3-4 clusters w the delicious roasted garlic butter seasoning they offer. Definitely will be coming more often on Tuesdays for this. Our waitress was so polite and attentive.

Red lobster is on the comeback YALL. Endless shrimp and crab legs were perfect on my recently visit to the chain. My family and I ordered Brussel sprouts, broccoli, crab legs ($20 Tuesdays) and endless shrimp. The shrimp scampi was on point to me, my mom enjoyed the Walt's famous shrimp and my sister loves the skewers. Service was good and it was packed in there YALL so our waitress did have a lot to do but she was okay. You can tell they might need a little more staff because like I said Red lobster is back. I also ordered a casamigo margarita which was extremely strong so I took two sips and let it go lol. Good job Red Lobster Oh yeah and cheddar biscuits are still bomb
